Our Mandate & Governance

Nasarawa State Universal Basic Education Board (NSUBEB) was established under the Universal Basic Education Act, with the mandate to ensure that every child in the Nasarawa State has access to quality primary and junior secondary education. UBEB oversees school infrastructure, curriculum implementation, teacher training, and community engagement.

The Board is chaired by the Executive Chairman, with members representing the three Senatorial Zones of the State.
